ANON Large Scale Rice Mill
Brief Introduction:
Our company provides 100TPD fully automatic rice mill production line. From paddy cleaning to rice packing, the operation is automatically controlled. Good quality, reasonable price, and professional technical support should be provided. It can produce rice 100 tons per day.
The whole set equipment includes Grain Cleaning, Paddy Husker and Separator, Rice Whitener and Grader, Wind Net Part, Electronic Control and Auxiliary Part, and Rice Polisher, Color Sorter and Packing Scale.
It usually is formed by linear arrangement.
Meanwhile, it also can be designed according to requirement of different users. It applies to processing plants in urban and rural areas, farm, grain supply station, and granary and grain shop.

1. Grain Cleaner: remove the impurity ,stone, leaf..etc from the grains.
2. Paddy Husker and separator: remove the husk from grains and separate husk and grain.
3. Rice Whitener: move off the yellow cover from brown rice and make rice white.
4. Rice Grader: sort the rice and make different grade(100%, 80%, 50%)
5. Rice polisher: make the rice more white and shine.
6. Color sorter: remove the black and defective rice and leave the qualified rice.
