Working Principle
This machine consists of two sections, i.e. host unit (mechanical) and electrical unit (control cabinet). When the minerals to be separated are loaded into the bin, adjust the clearance between magnetic disc tooth tip and conveying belt to a desirable range (generally about 1mm) and adjust the DC current of control cabinet to appropriate value (generally 4-6 A), depending on the mineral properties, particle size and separation requirements. Feed the materials into the permanent magnetic feeding drum, where the high-conductivity minerals will be removed. Through a feeding plate, the minerals will be uniformly sprayed onto the belt conveyor (The mineral thickness generally between 0.2-0.8mm). When the machine is running, the belt conveyor will send the minerals down below the magnetic disc, where the paramagnetic minerals will be soon absorbed onto the tip of magnetic teeth. When the magnetic disc rotates to the low-intensity magnetic area, they will fall into the concentrate bin under the function of their gravity weight and centrifugal force. The diamagnetic minerals will be conveyed to the tailings bin via belt conveyor and discharged).

Application
This equipment is mainly used for dry separation of weak magnetic minerals, e.g. tungsten, titanium, ilmenite, chromite, tin ore, limonite, columbium, tantalum, zircon, rutile, monazite, andalusite, garnet, kyanite, feldspar, quartz,manganese and rare earth elements. The device is a dry high intensity magnetic separator, can remove of iron in nonmetallic minerals.

The spearator is for dry separation, 4 varieties of products can be obtained by separation of the separator. Main devicecomprises feeding unit, weak magnetic roller, drive part, material conveying apparatus, magnetic disk, electromagnetic system, frame and others, the electric control section consists of components of control, voltage regulation, rectification, instrument and so on. Work principle
The roll-type permanent high-intensity magnetic separator uses the magnetic source from high-performance permanent rare earth elements neodymium, iron and boron through aggregation. This machine is advantaged in light weight, high magnetic field intensity, low power consumption, stable performance and wide applications.
This machine is used for magnetic separation of manganese lean ore and only consumes about 0.2 KW for every separation of 1-ton manganese ore. It can aggregate one-off the manganese lean ores smaller than 15mm and enhance the manganese crystal grade by 318 degree. This provides an excellent solution to the long-existing problems that the manganese lean ores could not be fed into the furnace for smelting.
It is used for magnetic separation and recycling of rare earth ores. It can make full recycling of the rare earth tailings that are not recycled by the rocking bed, with a recycling ratio over 95%. It can also be used for one-off magnetic separation of zircon, rutile and niobium-tantalum ore.
