Introduction
Jig machine is one kind of gravity separator which works on the difference in density between different materials. Jig machine can separate free heavy mineral from light mineral by the means of gravity separation.It is compact and efficient,can feed large feeding size range, and is widely utilized throughout the world for separation purpose. Jig machine use water and the force of gravity to separate a raw ore stream by particle density. In many applications this permits a low grade ore stream to be upgraded in quality sufficient for sale: gangue of different density to the valuable component is rejected into a waste stream, leaving a higher percentage of the valuable component in the product stream compared to the feed.
Work Principle of Jig Machine
Jig concentration machine is energy-saving gravity separation equipment, which is developed according to the law of layer theory of jigger bed stratification. The performance of saw-tooth Jig has reached the domestic advanced level, the jig separator is one of the ideal devices in energy-saving gravity separation.When processing the open-pit mines, the saw-tooth wave jigger is a key machine with the principle of gravity separation. Its pulse curve is like saw-tooth waveform to make rising water faster than the dropping water; enhanced the loose of bed, eased the inhaled role, so that heavy particles in the mineral can fully settlement, greatly improving the sorting capacity and recovery rate of equipment.

Packing & Delivery
PackingNormally the machines are taken apart before delivery and are packed by suitable packing ways, the packing ways are as below:
1. Nude packing. Used to pack some equipments that not easy to be disassembled.
2. Bundle packing. Used for the goods which are small, large quantities and wear resistant.
3. Grass rope packing. Used for easily damaged equipments like bearings etc.
4. Water proof packing. Suitable for electric motors, electric control panels etc.
5. Wooden pallets packing. Used for goods with large quantities, easily apart and rolling such as the frames and support rollers
of belt conveyor.
6.Wooden box packing. Normally used for small goods like spare parts,laboratory equipments, tools etc.DeliveryUsually the equipments are delivered aboard by tracks,trains,or container(sea transportation). and some spare parts or very small
goods also support to send by express, our company have built good relationships with large cargo agent and shipping companies
which guarantee our products delivered safely and promptly.Sea transportation includes three delivery ways as below:
1.40HQ container: used for goods without overlength, overheight and overweight.
2.FR(Flat Rack) container:suitable for large equipments with overlength,overheight like ball mill,excavator,etc.
3.Bulk cargo shipment (LCL): used for some goods without loading in full container,normally it requires good packing with marks
for safety and easy to be trackable.
